Protagonist Jack (Nicolas Cage): A successful, single, go-getter CEO on Wall Street. He lives a luxurious life but is somewhat lonely.
The Past Choice: 13 years ago, he chose his career over his girlfriend Kate (Téa Leoni), leaving her behind to pursue training in London.
